Robyn Rihanna Fenty also referred to as Rihanna is an Barbadian singer-songwriter who gave us hits like Pon de Replay SOS Umbrella and Take a Bow. She is a very popular artist in her prime youthful years, she's already sold over 140 million records and 41 million songs worldwide becoming one of the top-selling performers of all time. Born in Barbados her family listened to reggae music, and began singing while she was young. Afraid of their chaotic home life as well as the constant arguments between her parents she immersed herself in music and before long realized that she wanted to become a professional singer. When she was a teenager she got involved in a music band. Evan Rodgers auditioned her and was awestruck. Rihanna moved to New York so that she was able to pursue a full-time singing career.
